Boxing

A meditative, sweat-dripping workout that combines boxing techniques and a total body conditioning. You’re led through a technique-based, intensive, and process-driven session  that benefits both your body and mind.

Kickboxing

BURN UP TO 1000 CALORIES PER SESSION. My kickboxing program is a total body workout. Kicking, Punching and Crunching your way to new fitness goals.  It is the ultimate fat melting body chiseling program for results driven people.

Fitness

You can think of personal training like my secret sauce – it’s the fastest and safest way to get seriously awesome results. I develop fun individualized fitness programs that incorporate cutting-edge exercises to help you crush your fitness goals. 

Taekwondo

My Taekwondo training is an exciting way to stay active and learn an effective self defense style. This training helps to improve flexibility and build strength through performing forms, combinations, and foot work.

My Philosophy

When you are learning the martial arts, discipline needs to be the ends, not the beginning, the goal and not the means. The more you try to use discipline to achieve something else, the shorter you will come with regards to your goals. Fortunately, I can help you. I’m THETAEKGUY, and I am a personal trainer specializes in Taekwondo, boxing, kickboxing, and general fitness. A black belt in Taekwondo and a Certified Instructor in kickboxing, I have trained and guided many students to overcome great challenges in their lives, and it is deeply fulfilling to me to watch people move through my lessons and gradually to come to know now just the practice better but themselves better.

How It All Started

When I was fourteen, I started training in Taekwondo in earnest. Fitness and exercise are my great passions in life, and anytime I am breaking a sweat and working out my body, you can be sure that I am smiling big and wide on the inside. Teaching, of course, is also near and dear to my heart, which makes the work that I do as a coach and trainer a confluence of my great loves. I enjoy every moment that I spend passing on Taekwondo, boxing, and kickboxing techniques. When you train with THETAEKGUY, you know that you are getting a
full-package, well-rounded program that includes workouts, techniques, and mental conditioning.

As you learn self-defense, you learn much more than just a set of moves or a fitness routine: you learn about yourself.
